A family-friendly community of 167 townhomes
Sammamish Forest Manors is a Planned Unit Development (PUD) of 167 townhomes, built in three phases. Our community features an array of amenities including a swimming pool, two tennis courts, a playground, a clubhouse with guest parking, an RV lot, and several greenbelt areas. We are governed by a volunteer board, with assistance from several committees. Our onsite maintenance manager oversees all maintenance and service requests, as well as capital improvements, with assistance from a property management firm that handles most accounting functions.
